On April 4th, Buffalo, NY, is about to get “down with the sickness” as Disturbed brings their Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour to the KeyBank Center. Celebrating 25 years of their groundbreaking debut album, The Sickness, the multi-platinum metal legends are set to bring a headbanging night of music. The show will feature the album played in its entirety, followed by a second set packed with their greatest hits, making it the perfect night for both OG fans and new listeners alike.
The night will kick off with two rocking openers, Nothing More and Daughtry, setting the stage for an incredible evening of rock. Nothing More, known for their high-energy performances and emotional intensity, is sure to bring their latest hit “Angel Song”, a collaboration with Disturbed’s own David Draiman. Daughtry, blending hard rock with his signature mix of intensity and smooth, powerful vocals, will add another layer of energy to an already stacked lineup.
It’s especially exciting to see Disturbed bringing Nothing More out on tour, given that last time we covered Disturbed in Syracuse, NY, David Draiman had a heartfelt moment on stage, passionately declaring that metal isn’t dead and that bands like Nothing More are breathing new life into the scene. Looking back, we can’t help but feel like Draiman mentioning Nothing More during their Syracuse, NY set in 2023 was a bit of an easter egg, hinting that their collaboration was already in the works. Now, with Draiman featured on their song “Angel Song”, this tour is more a celebration of the past as well as a testament to metal’s future.
With a new single, “I Will Not Break”, and a massive reissue of The Sickness featuring rare demos, live recordings, and collector’s items, Disturbed is proving why they remain one of the most dominant forces in metal. Fans can expect to hear timeless songs like “Down With The Sickness”, “Stupify”, and “Voices” alongside a full-throttle performance that only Disturbed can deliver.
